A website built for how people search now.
An AI-Ready Website from Optimus Consulting is a site built so that customers, search engines and AI assistants can all understand who you are, what you do and who you help, from £3,000 + VAT.
Your website should do more than look professional. It should make it easy for customers, search engines and AI assistants to understand who you are, what you do, who you help and why they should choose you.
Every AI-Ready Website from Optimus is built with that in mind, then monitored and refined for the first 90 days after launch.
Built around clarity, trust and commercial intent
An AI-Ready Website is designed to give clear, structured and credible answers to the questions prospective customers are already asking. It can include:
- Clear service pages built around real customer needs and decision points
- Strong business, service, location and expertise information
- Logical page structure, internal links and answer-focused content
- Clear calls to action that make the next step easy
- Technical foundations that support crawling, indexing and structured understanding
- Relevant FAQs, proof points, credentials, case studies and trust signals
- Content foundations that can grow as the business and market develop
This is not a promise that AI platforms will recommend a business in every answer. AI search changes constantly. It is a practical approach to making the business easier to understand, verify and surface when relevant.

Build, On-Ramp, then ongoing visibility
Step one
The build
We build the site around the questions your customers are already asking, with the structure, content and technical foundations that make the business easy to understand.
Step two
90-Day AI Visibility On-Ramp
Compulsory and included. The new site is baselined, monitored and improved for the first 90 days, while real customers and AI platforms interact with it.
From month four
Ongoing AI Visibility
Optional. Keep monitoring and improving visibility once the On-Ramp has established the baseline and shown where the next opportunities are.
Every build includes a 90-Day AI Visibility On-Ramp
Launching the website is the start, not the finish.
Every AI-Ready Website includes a compulsory 90-Day AI Visibility On-Ramp after launch. It gives the new website time to be monitored, checked and improved as real customers, search engines and AI platforms interact with it.
The purpose is simple: make sure the work completed during the build is not left unmeasured or unrefined once the site is live.
The On-Ramp includes
- An initial AI visibility baseline for agreed priority customer searches
- Review of relevant competitors and the gaps that matter commercially
- Monitoring of agreed priority prompts across relevant AI and search surfaces
- Post-launch checks for crawlability, indexation, structured information and important technical signals
- Bi-weekly prioritised reviews during the 90-day period
- Up to six defined AI-visibility optimisation items across the 90 days
- Improvements to priority service pages, FAQs, internal links, structured information or answer-focused content, subject to agreed scope and access
- A 90-day review showing what was done, what changed and what should happen next
What is a defined optimisation item?
A defined optimisation item is one bounded, agreed task that can be completed and evidenced within the delivery cycle. Examples include improving one service page for an agreed group of customer questions, adding a focused FAQ section, improving internal links on an agreed page, implementing approved structured data on one page template, or drafting one short supporting page.
Large-scale copywriting, full-site technical remediation, developer work, paid media, PR outreach and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Website investment
A scoped proposal follows the discovery call, so you only pay for the site you need.
AI-Ready Website Build
From £3,000 + VAT
Then priced on scope
- Includes the website build and a compulsory 90-Day AI Visibility On-Ramp after launch.
- The On-Ramp is included in the project investment and has a standalone value of £885 + VAT.
- Final pricing depends on the number of pages, services, integrations, content requirements, technical complexity and the level of post-launch optimisation required.
Every other price sits on the services and pricing page, and the AI Visibility Audit is the standalone version of the visibility work.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Is the 90-Day AI Visibility On-Ramp included?
- Yes. It is included in every AI-Ready Website build and is a compulsory part of the project. The website needs to be checked, monitored and refined after launch rather than treated as finished on day one.
- Does AI-ready mean guaranteed visibility in ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews?
- No. No provider can guarantee inclusion or recommendations in AI-generated answers. The work focuses on making the business and its website clearer, more credible and easier for search engines and AI assistants to understand.
- What happens after the first 90 days?
- At the end of the On-Ramp, Optimus reviews the baseline, actions completed and next priorities with the client. Ongoing AI Visibility is available from £295 + VAT per month.
- Can I have website maintenance without AI Visibility?
- Yes. Website Care and AI Visibility are separate services. Website Care looks after the operation of the website. AI Visibility focuses on how the business is found, understood and surfaced through AI-assisted search.
- What is not included in the On-Ramp?
- The On-Ramp does not include unlimited content, full-scale website redevelopment, major developer work, paid advertising, guaranteed third-party coverage, PR placements or any work outside the agreed item allowance. These can be scoped separately where needed.
