Sign up at claude.ai, create a Project, and understand how Project Knowledge works.

Capture your name, role, focus, what 'good' looks like, frustrations and audience.

Write your Company file

Document what your company does, ideal clients, differentiators, services, metrics and goals.

Write your Writing Style file

Define your voice, phrases you use, banned words, patterns to avoid and formatting rules.

Connect your tools

Add connectors for email, calendar, Granola, Drive/OneDrive and Slack/Teams.

Review your files

Check the three generated markdown files: about-me.md, my-company.md and writing-style.md.

Download and upload

Download all three files and add them to your Claude Project Knowledge. Test by asking Claude what it knows about you.
