Who we are
Optimus Consulting is a UK AI consultancy for customer service businesses. We help motor claims operators, insurance brokers, leasing companies and law firms apply AI in ways that hold up in production. We are grounded-AI specialists: we build retrieval-augmented systems anchored to verified data, not models that invent answers.
What we do
- AI visibility audits. We check whether AI engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can find, understand and cite your business.
- Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO). We make your content legible to AI engines so the right facts surface in AI answers.
- Practical AI implementation. We design and ship operational AI products: triage assistants, decision-support tools, RAG-based knowledge systems, voice agents for warming leads.
- AI strategy and roadmaps. We work the process before the tools, so AI is deployed where it absorbs volume and creates human capacity.

2. Map and Validate
We identify the AI opportunities that fit the operation, then validate them against data, cost and risk before anyone writes a line of code.
3. Roadmap
We deliver a sequenced plan with owners, dependencies and expected outcomes. Clients leave with a buildable roadmap, not a slide deck.

Founder
Chris Latham, founder. Over 25 years in motor claims and insurance operations, and completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme (2025).
